Reply YES when you're free to work and NO when you're not. We ping you by WhatsApp whenever a matching job comes in. No app to check.

Confirm and go

When an employer picks you, they pay and we release your number. Expect a call from the employer directly — go get the job done.

Promo codes — at first payment, not sign-up

Blue Jobs never asks for payment or a code when you sign up. If you have a promo code from a sales representative, you'll be asked for it at the moment of your very first hire— right before you receive the payment link. Enter it then to get a discount. You'll never be asked again after that.

How Blue Jobs scores workers

Every worker has two scores so employers can make informed decisions. Scores improve as workers complete jobs and build their reputation.

⭐ Blue Jobs Score (0–100)

A measure of overall reliability based on real employer feedback and profile completeness:

  • • Profile effort (36%) — SA ID provided, ID photo and selfie uploaded, work description added, skills listed
  • • Responsiveness (22%) — how consistently this worker responds to job offers
  • • Jobs completed (21%) — number of jobs successfully completed (up to 5 counted)
  • • Hire-again rate (21%) — how often employers would hire this person again (up to 3 counted)

📊 Responsiveness Score (0–100)

A measure of how consistently a worker responds and follows through:

  • • Response rate — how often they respond to job pings
  • • Answer rate — how often they answer availability checks
  • • Completion rate — how often accepted jobs are completed
  • • Punctuality — based on employer ratings
  • • Reconfirmation rate — how reliably they reconfirm booked jobs

How to improve your Blue Jobs Score

  • • Provide your SA ID number during registration
  • • Upload your SA ID document and a selfie
  • • Add 3 or more skills to your profile
  • • Complete your "About your work" description
  • • Complete jobs and build hire-again ratings

How to improve your Responsiveness Score

  • • Respond to job offers promptly — even a "No" counts as responding
  • • Answer availability checks when they come in
  • • Show up on time for jobs you're booked for
  • • Complete jobs you accept
  • • Reconfirm booked jobs before the deadline

If you believe a rating is inaccurate, reply DISPUTE on WhatsApp to raise it for admin review. Send SCORE anytime to see your current scores.
