Common questions

Do I pay before or after I find a worker?

After. You only pay once a worker has confirmed availability for your specific job. If no workers confirm, you owe nothing.

What exactly does the R69 get me?

The direct phone number of the worker you selected, plus a WhatsApp introduction message sent on your behalf. You call them directly from there.

When will the choose-from-3 (Contractor) option be available?

We're launching with single-contact hiring first, to make sure the whole flow works smoothly. Contractor and Business are coming soon — contact us to be notified.

Can I see the worker's scores before paying?

Yes. Blue Jobs Score, Responsiveness Score, hire-again rate, and jobs completed are all visible before you commit.

What if the worker doesn't show up?

Report it through WhatsApp. We track no-shows and the worker's responsiveness score drops. Repeated ghosting is flagged for admin review and can lead to suspension.
